FAQ

What if you don't like any of the logos we design?

If for some reason you're not happy with the design or the service you can request your money back after you receive your first set of logo proofs.

How do you pay?

We accept Paypal only at the moment but you can still pay through Paypal with your credit card whether you have a Paypal account or not.

How long does it take to receive the first set of logo proofs?

Usually within 3 days but if you need it sooner then just ask and we may be able to do it sooner.

How long until you receive the final logo design?

After the initial 3 days then it will depend how long you get back to us with any changes you'd like to see and also how many alterations you make to your logo design. Most alterations will be done on the same day or within 24 hours at the latest.
Once you choose a final design we'll send you your finished logo design usually on the same day by email.

How many changes can you make?

As many as it takes! After the initial proofs are sent we'll keep adjusting your logo until you're completely happy with the design. We understand how important your logo is to you.

What is the difference between a print logo and a web logo?

Print logos require a much higher resolution and need to be saved in certain standard print formats. Some of the most common and universal print formats for print jobs are TIFF, EPS, and AI (Illustrator).

By creating a logo in these file formats, the logo can be opened up and printed even without having the original software application the logo was created in.

Web logos require a much smaller resolution (since they only need to be displayed on screen). That's why they are not a good choice for printing, as the quality will appear very blurred or jagged on paper.

What if you have your own idea of a logo that you want?

Any extra information you give us will always be valuable to us. We can design the intial proofs based totally around your guidance, or if you prefer, you can leave it all up to us to come up with hopefully an eye catching logo for you.

What color format do you use?

CMYK. CMYK colors are used for off-set printing purposes such as stationery printing. If you have specific colors in mind you can either let us know the CMYK values or provide us with a Pantone color code.

How does the whole process of having a logo designed work?
